Catherine joined us in January 2024 as a teacher in the Preschool Language Classroom (PLC) where she works closely with the PLC Director, Emily Rose. Catherine received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at Appalachian in December 2023. She completed her student teacher internship at Valmead Elementary School in Lenoir, where she taught in a combined 1st and 2nd grade classroom.
